This MC Barman case contains all the equipment necessary to create cocktails, short drinks and long drinks professionally. This basic equipment is ideal for allowing MC students and apprentices to train in drink preparation techniques in the best conditions.

It includes a stainless steel shaker, a stainless steel cocktail strainer and a mixing spoon with fruit picker.

Cleaning the case:

  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth, avoid aggressive products
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning
  • Store in a dry place away from light

Utensil care:

  • Clean with warm soapy water after each use, dry well
  • Sharpen knives regularly with the sharpener provided
  • Lightly oil the knife blades
  • Avoid the dishwasher for stainless steel utensils
  • Store the utensils in the case
